Deep fried and make my own sauce.
Do any of you all make your own sauce or any other recipes for them? I love em been wanting to make em from scratch. Also do you deep fry the wings or put them in the oven?

The classic buffalo wing sauce is hot sauce, butter, lemon, and the wings are deep fried with no flour or extras on them.
You'll shoot your eye out.

I do broil mine at the house to keep a crispy skin. Then into a saute pan with hot sauce, butter, and a little dry ranch mix.
